Information Collected

When you call us about a reroof, a storm claim, a roofing company job or a critter guard, we may collect your name, phone number, property location, details about your roof and solar system, your roofer's dates and anything else you choose to tell us.

When you browse the site, certain technical information may be collected automatically, such as browser type, device type, pages viewed and approximate location based on your IP address.

Use of Information

We use your information to answer your questions, inspect your roof and array, prepare quotes and documentation, schedule work and coordinate with your roofer.

We may also keep notes of our conversations, follow up on active projects and improve our services and this website.

Cookies

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. To complete your project, we may share relevant details with your roofing contractor, your insurance adjuster if you request it, a leasing company for a leased system, or a building department where permits are required.

We may also share information with service providers who support our business, or when the law requires it or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Protecting Your Information

We take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us. No storage or transmission method is entirely secure, so absolute security cannot be promised.
